Galway – Mental Health Awareness Cycle
June 22
![](https://www.cycleagainstsuicide.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/events-20-1.png)
Irish men have been shown to have much higher rates of completed suicides, with 3 out of 4 suicides each year being male.
Our mission is to dismantle the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and create a society where emotional expression is celebrated as a sign of resilience. Men, like anyone else, deserve the opportunity to articulate their struggles and seek support.
Our Galway Awareness Cycle is a step towards building a community that values and supports mental wellbeing for all.
By participating in this event, participants are not only advocating for mental well-being but also creating a safe space where individuals feel empowered to seek help without fear of judgment.
Join with us in support of men’s mental health and let us build a Supportive Community. Strength lies in unity.
